Expected results

Following (thanks to EMFAF-CINEA funding for R&D) two previous implementations on smaller vessels at the pilot-scale stage, which helped b4b to optimise the design and performance of the system.

The solution is now at the right stage of development for this SustainSea project which will target installations of eSAIL® system on 5 large-scale vessels in order to have an impact on reducing GHG emissions of the maritime transport in the European maritime sector on a much larger scale.
